My coaching style is ‘YOU’ focused. As my tutor at Business School put it, “I am there to be the grit in your oyster so as YOU may create the pearl’.

What I will do-

Help you create mindset shifts to allow you to see things in other ways

Help you create self awareness around your obstacles

Help you set goals around these challenges

Make space for you to confidentially explore your inner world

Help to elicit change in your current situation

What I won’t do-

Talk about myself

Offer you direct advice around your problems

Discuss your challenges with anyone else unless previously agreed

Tell you what to do

Ask you to do anything you don’t feel 100% comfortable doing
